Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:This consultancy will contribute to the Outcome 4 of the ADVANCE project, Malaysia:Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining of women and men, local and migrant workers, in the E&E sector in Malaysia are enhanced and contribute to addressing forced labour and child labour.Specifically, trade unions adopt or improve:1. strategies and policies to increase trade union membership, that promote inclusiveorganizing and strengthening participation of migrant workers based on principles offreedom of association, and2.
