Description:
UNHCR Malaysia is seeking quotations from qualified vendors/artisans to design and produce handcrafted plushie bears merchandise, designed in the style of popular collectable plush toys, which may include sewn or crochet techniques. These collectable items will serve as part of our organisations branding and fundraising and donor retention strategy. The plush bears should be comparable in style and size to the current in-trend collectable plushies, with options for future add-on accessories. This is a one-year service contract starting 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026. The initial contract period shall be for one (1) year, commencing on 1 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance, operational requirements, and the availability of funds, UNHCR may extend the contract for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, for a maximum cumulative duration of three (3) years. Such extensions shall be affected through a written amendment to the contract. The issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) by UNHCR shall constitute the financial commitment between UNHCR and the contracted service provider. Please note that UNHCR is not under any obligation to extend the contract beyond the initial period.
