Scope of workOutputsThe contractor is expected to deliver the following outputs:1. Inception Report with the following information:a. NAPFL-relevant resources from different agencies/departments from the government, private sector, employer and membership-based organizations, workers- organizations, civil society and academe.b. Recommendation on which of these materials could be adapted in a simpler and easy-tounderstand format for inclusion as initial contents in the knowledge sharing system, subject to the approval of MOHR and the ILO. Increase in contents is expected as the number of users grow and are able to upload their own contents.2. Draft samples of reformatted/adapted materials of initial contents for the knowledge sharing system for review/comments of selected stakeholders representing workers, civil society, employers, government and researchers.3. Finalized reformatted/adapted materials or initial contents in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Nepali and Chinese.4. Prototype of the online knowledge sharing system (subject to review of MOHR and the ILO) with the following features:a. Users could sign up to be portal members.
