Description:
OBJECTIVE: The objective of the assignment is to support the development of a gender-sensitive career progression map in the food services industry in Malaysia. It shall consist of the career pathways within the food services industry specifically addressing the relevant occupations related to food and beverage restaurants/cafes. The contractor is expected to include all relevant information on academic and skills qualifications, years of experience required for progression, relevant positions available, income range for each position, training and learning opportunities, and further criteria to be proposed by the contractor in the methodology.The Contractor shall produce the gender-sensitive career progression map in English or Bahasa Malaysia. The roles and responsibilities of the contractor shall include and not be limited to, the following tasks:1. Consultation and Preparation (August 2023)The contractor creates a detailed work plan and methodology to develop and produce the map in consultation with ILO.
